Another reason to stop just counting calories.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"50rkf\" data-offset-key=\"egp9k-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"egp9k-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"egp9k-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"50rkf\" data-offset-key=\"aua8b-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"aua8b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"aua8b-0-0\">That\u2019s because the calorie count measured in the lab (just by burning the food) is very different to what actually happens in our intricate digestive systems.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"50rkf\" data-offset-key=\"416v6-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"416v6-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"416v6-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"50rkf\" data-offset-key=\"a7qaa-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"a7qaa-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a7qaa-0-0\">Take almonds, for example.
