That just stays in your stomach until it&#8217;s digested enough to move along the next part of your digestive tract. Bonus points if you know what part that is&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"epcr6\" data-offset-key=\"1f8d0-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"1f8d0-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"1f8d0-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"epcr6\" data-offset-key=\"9gl9u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"9gl9u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"9gl9u-0-0\">4.\u00a0 Drinking water with meals MAY trigger reflux symptoms in people with GORD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) &#8211; simply because the extra water can add volume to your stomach.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"epcr6\" data-offset-key=\"7p8pl-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"7p8pl-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7p8pl-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"epcr6\" data-offset-key=\"2jf8n-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"2jf8n-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2jf8n-0-0\">More volume = more pressure.
