After being diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2017, my life turned upside down, and despite sticking to a gluten-free diet, my symptoms persisted.<\/strong> A healthcare provider then put me on a highly restrictive diet, which only added to my food anxiety and left me feeling even worse over time.<\/p>\n

Everything shifted when I discovered Dr Megan Rossi on Instagram and bought her book, Love Your Gut.<\/strong> I followed her advice, and for the first time, I saw real improvements in my gut health. This led me to work with a dietitian, and Megan\u2019s second book, How to Eat More Plants, further transformed my approach to food. Her Bloating Masterclass provided the final tips I needed to manage my coeliac disease confidently.<\/p>\n

Now, my symptoms are more manageable, and whenever they do flare up, I turn to Megan\u2019s science-backed information to restore my gut health. I\u2019ve regained my confidence and feel more in control of my condition.
